Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigator

My law practice represents individuals in all types of personal injury cases caused by automobile accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, work accidents caused by the fault of third parties, bicycle accidents, slip/trip and falls, premises liability, products liability and wrongful death.

Personal injuries not only cause physical pain, but often emotional and financial hardship through loss of work, medical bills and stress placed upon families and loved ones. We often take our physical and mental well being for granted until something goes wrong. When an accident happens lives are forever changed. Simple pleasures become chores. Daily routines are disrupted. Economic losses are often devastating. Whether caused by an automobile accident, a defective product, medical malpractice, or other negligent, careless or reckless conduct, injuries alter lives forever.

I understand these injuries and damages, and their traumatic impacts. My practice takes the responsibility for effective, aggressive investigation and representation, allowing the injured person to attend to health, family and economic issues, while pursuing a variety of legal means to obtain the highest possible financial recovery.

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents

Many personal injuries result from motor vehicle accidents. Auto accidents may involve negligence on the part of drivers, including drunk driving and reckless behavior. If you are injured in a motor vehicle accident, I can assist you in receiving compensation for your injuries, lost wages, and other damages.

    Construction Accidents

Owners and general contractors have an obligation to keep the work site safe. If there is an accident, in many cases a worker will be able to bring a claim against the owner or general contractor in addition to a workers' compensation claim. It is important to consult someone who has experience in this area of the law, like myself, to ensure that your rights are fully protected.

    Premises Liability

Too often, property owners neglect the condition of their property and create dangerous and hazardous conditions for others who come into contact with it. Whether a property owner allows ice and snow to accumulate on walkways or a grocery store fails to clean up a slippery spill in the aisle, these conditions are dangerous. If you are hurt because of a "slip-and-fall" or a "trip-and-fall" due to dangerous conditions, you may be able to recover for your injuries. If you have suffered personal injuries as a result of the dangerous condition of another's property, contact my office with questions about your right to recover for your damages.

    Products Liability

This is a specialized area of the law. Some cases are very complex, may take years and even require a large firm to properly handle them. There are, however, that don’t require a large firm to handle them. If you have been injured as a result of unsafe products that were designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by a person or company. I can evaluate your claim and assist you in obtaining the reasonable compensation you deserve, in my own practice or in association or arrangement with a larger, more specialized firm.

    Wrongful Death

The loss of a family member due to another's negligence can cause great turmoil within a family. Although it may seem unimportant at the time, an attorney should be consulted immediately in the event of a wrongful death to investigate the circumstances and begin legal proceedings. Critical evidence can be lost in the days following the fatal accident.

    3rd Party liability work injuries

If you are injured at work and it is the fault of someone who isn’t employed by the same person who employs you, then you may have a claim against that person, in addition to workers’ compensation. I have the experience and the knowledge to be able to determine if a claim is possible and, if so, to help you get the reasonable compensation you deserve.
